蘭姆酒葡萄柚

何謂成人風?

從小,就不是很喜歡吃西式甜品,
記得大學的時候,同學們找我去很夯吃到飽的蛋糕店,
結果才嗑了兩塊本人就宣告不行了,
大家直呼真的是太浪費……

但是這樣與螞蟻人相距甚遠的我,
卻對中式或是水果類甜點無法抗拒,
所以刨冰,豆花,綠豆湯,愛玉仙草等,
就是我「另一個胃」的愛物.

國小的時候,
從小阿姨那邊學到的一款帶有酒味的果類甜點:蘭姆酒葡萄柚,
那時喜歡偷喝啤酒的我,
覺得這個甜點真的太好吃了,
一直到三十幾年後的今天,
我還是常常製作,而每次吃到的食客,
也都會嘖嘖稱奇,
連不喜酒精飲料的阿杯,
也都會嚷嚷著可以再來一份!

蘭姆酒葡萄柚

食材:

葡萄柚一顆,蘭姆酒1大匙,蜂蜜1小匙

作法:

  1. 將葡萄柚的肉挖出來,外殼留下備用
  2. 將挖出來的果肉與蜂蜜和蘭姆酒混合
  3. 再將混合的果肉放回葡萄柚中冰鎮一小時以上
  4. 吃的時候搭配薄荷葉
很簡單吧!
但是非常有層次和成人風味的甜點喔!
